Humane Society cruelty investigators determined that two people used hair spray and a lighter to set the kitten on fire. A witness was able to catch the cat and put out the fire. Cruelty investigators rushed the cat to Animal Emergency Services, an emergency veterinary clinic in Brighton. Due to the animal’s severe injuries and burns, the 2-month-old female black and white kitten was euthanized at the emergency clinic

I think this country needs to have an “eye for and eye” approach on animal cruelty. How would the teen like it if someone set him on fire?!  UGH I’m so ANGRY! I can  feel my blood pressure rising the more I think about this!

The Humane Society of Greater Rochester is offering $3,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Chase Smith (who is also known as Wilton Antonio Brown)17, who does not have a known residence. This kid is only 17 and already has a record. He’s currently facing several other charges including unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and traffic infractions that stem from a May 24 arrest.
