Cooking with Magic thanks to Spikes Seasonings

These first arrived when we in the middle of moving and things were so chaotic we weren’t really planning meals so the only ones I tried the first few weeks were the  Onion Magic and Garlic Magic.  I added both to store brand mac and cheese to give the flavor a little kick.  I loved the flavor of both and have been adding a bit of each every time I mac mac and cheese now! 


Since we got settled, we have had the oppourtunity to try a few more. HotNSpicy Magic as a dry rub on chicken and it came out fantastic.  We also used the Original Magic today on chicken breast to make sandwiches.

As we were eating Tony kept commenting how good the seasoning is.  We looked at the label and it basically had a little but of all the spices we usually use all in one container – thats why we loved it! 


We actually had to go to walmart today to buy a 2 tiered lazy susan to keep all my spices on! Between all the ones Spike sent me plus the ones I already had they just didn’t fit in my cabinet anymore!

We can’t wait to try all the other ones! Now that it is summer we do a lot of grilling of hamburgers, steaks and chicken so we are always looking for ways to add different flavors to our meals.
