You can take surveys as often as you like, but the more surveys you take, the more points/money you will earn. When you sign up, take the time to fill out your profile completely, because then you will have better chances of being matched up to surveys! The profiles can be time consuming but once you do it once, you won’t have to do it again for that site, unless you need to make changes.
