I have worked with Adovia on past reviews for their Dead Sea Mud Mask and Dead Sea Mud Soap, so I was thrilled when they asked if I wanted to review their Dead Sea Mud Shampoo

Adovia’s Dead Sea Mud Shampoo (#Affiliate) is specially formulated with natural ingredients such as Dead Sea Mud, Chamomile & Olive Oil to bring deep hydration and moisture to the scalp, relieving itching and flakiness.

This shampoo is formulated with pure Dead Sea mud and natural moisturizers such as Olive Oil, Grape Seed Oil and Aloe Vera. The Dead Sea Minerals that are in the mud provide relief for a dry or irritated scalp and leave hair naturally moisturized, fuller and manageable. The Vitamin E strengthens your hair root, while the CHamomile leaves your hair soft and flexible.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAMany find this shampoo brings relief from the symptoms of Seborrhea Dermatitis, Psoriasis and other scalp-related problems.  Which brings me to my next point.  For the last year or so, I have been suffering from  Blepharitis. Blepharitis is very closely related to Seborrheic dermatitis. My eyelids feel really greasy, but my eyelashes always have tiny little flakes on them. My lash line is usually red and I am very prone to styes.  I recently was at the eye doctor and told him my symptoms, and what I have been doing (wiping my eyelids with wipes twice a day, when I wash my face paying extra attention to my eyelids) and he said I am doing everything right.

Earlier this year I was getting frequent, painful styes, but over the last month or so, I haven’t gotten any.  Now I’m not sure if it has something to do with the weather warming up and the changing of the seasons, or if it had to do with all the Adovia Dead Sea products I was trying.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERABack to the shampoo!  The very first time I used this shampoo my hair felt different. I’m not sure how to describe it, it wasn’t dry, but it felt like it had more texture. It was soft and shiny.  The more I use this shampoo the more I like it! I tend to have both an Oily and itchy scalp, and this shampoo seems to be managing both.  Much like the soap did to my face, this shampoo seems to be balancing out my scalp.  It is shiny without being weighed down, it has volume and movement.

The Adovia Dead Sea Mud Shampo(#Affiliate) is available on Amazon for $23.00 & FREE SHIPPING. Yes it is a little on the pricey side, but a little does go a along way, and if you are suffering from any sort of scalp condition, I think it would be worth it to give this a try!

Next we will be reviewing the Adovia Dead Sea Salt Deep Hair Conditioner so be sure to come back and find out what we think!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
