#FreeProductReceivedOver my short time blogging I have developed some close friendships with people I have never met.  We help each other when facebook makes crazy changes, we help promote each others giveaways and we offer advice and motivation to help each other grow.

One of those friendships is with Carolyn of Conversations with Carolyn.  Not only is she a great blogger, but she also sells Avon!  I honestly didn’t know much about Avon when we first became friends when we worked together on our Avon Christmas Explosion Giveaway last year.  I soon fell in love with their products.

Avon Feet StuffI was thrilled when Carolyn decided to send me some Avon products from her shop as a thank you for refering the most people to the Avon Explosion Giveaway! I loved how soft my feet were after using the  Sparkling Foot Tub , Foot Works Lavender Collection Gift Set and Foot Works All-in-1 Pedicure Tool that I had received.  You can read all about that review in a post titled appropriately:  My Feet Are Super Soft!

Me Glam thanks to AvonI also loved the GLIMMERSTICKS Eye Liner in Blackest BlackJillian Dempsey for Avon Lash Professional Mascara in Black and Smooth Minerals Lip Gloss SPF 15 in Golden Sand that I went back and bought more colors of the eyeliner and lip gloss! I have recurring styes the last few months so I can’t wear any eye makeup but Im hoping it all clears up before the holiday parties because I can’t wait to get all glamed up!  You can read my review of these products in a post called “Time to Take Care Of Me (With A Little Help From Avon)“.

Avon Mani PediOver time I developed a minor obsession with Avon nail products.  They are neither too thin, or too thick and the Base and Top coats make my polish last long without chipping or wearing off.  At a time when a lot of negative things were swirling around me, the simple act of giving myself a mani / pedi helped me to take time to relax and do something for myself.  You can read more about Avon Polish in my review “My New Kick – Nail Polish!“.

Avon Bug GuardAfter hearing about all the bug bites I got on our first camping trip over the summer, Carolyn sent me some SKIN SO SOFT Bug Guard Plus Anti-Itch Spray to take with us on our second trip!  It ended up being a life saver! Just a few sprays and it stopped the itching for a long time.  You can read more about the camping trip and the Bug Guard in my post “Back From Camping in the Thousand Islands!

I too like Avon nail products. I use their fast dry and like it a lot! My toenails are painted year long and I like that I can paint my nails and put on some socks soon after without messing up the color.
