Body Works Functional Beverage Shots are from the makers of RelaxZen. You might remember my reviews of RelaxZen Day and Night from a few years ago. Working 12 hour shifts at work I knew a lot of these formulas would be put to good use. The first one I tried was Energy. I took it right before I left work and didn’t notice an immediate energy boost but throughout the day I did feel alert.
Next I tried the Sport shot. I hadn’t done yoga in about two years, and finally got myself motivated to get back to yoga. The Preform Under Pressure came in handy because we recently got a new manager at work and a lot of changes have been taking place (for the better).
