favorite Cat products

I always find it interesting to see what products other cat owners love.  Reading what other pet owners had to say prompted quite a few of the items on my list!

1017311627_260Armarkat 74″ Cat Tree

A7407 74″ Cat Tree in Brown ATM1090 – $150.72, Free shipping – Available at Wayfair

We have had this in the Ivory color for about 2 years now and it gets used daily. Oliver loves to race up and down it, and often climbs the vertical sisal poles instead of just walking up to the next level.  The other cats like to sit on it to watch the birds outside.

840908226_260Dogit Go Slow Anti-Gulping Bowl Blue Extra Small

Dogit Go Slow Anti-Gulping Bowl Blue – 73702, Extra Small EXO331-2 – $8.49, 5.26 shipping – Available at Amazon.com

The extra small size is the perfect size for cats who have a tendency to inhale their food to fast. We own two of these, because Oliver and Harley have a tendency to eat to fast.

1257571424_260Fizzion Pet Stain & Odor Remover

Fizzion Pet Stain & Odor Remover Refill Tablets (8 TABLETS) Makes 184oz Plus Refillable Bonus Fizzion 23oz Bottle – $19.95, Free shipping – Available at Amazon.com Marketplace

If you have ever had a pet urinate outside of the litter box you know how hard it is to completely remove the odor. Most products just cover the odor up.  Fizzion breaks down the odor causing molecules in urine.  We have found this also works great on pet vomit.

1511157299_260Glitter Pom Poms Balls

Childrens Kids Assorted Size & Colour Glitter Pom Poms Balls Art Craft Cat Toy – $2.84, 4.49 shipping – Available at Amazon.com Marketplace

Oliver LOVES batting these around but they do tend to get lost under the stove and refrigerator!  We eventually started buying them from craft stores because they were so much cheaper there than in pet stores!

1161037533_260True Compact Air Purifier

04386 True Compact Air Purifier – $47.98, 8.95 shipping – Available at PROVANTAGE

We own two of these in white.  We keep one in the basement near the litter box to control any odor and dust.  It does a great job controlling odor, and I am always amazed at how much stuff is stuck in the filter when we clean it out! The other we keep in the living room.   Oliver seems to love sticking his face right next to wear the clean air is blowing out.

827177961_260Sliding Cabinet Safety Lock for Child Safey

Sliding Cabinet Safety Lock for Child Safey 6 Pack – $9.99, See Site shipping – Available at Fullfillment By Amazon

Sure they are technically to keep children out, but they also do a great job of keeping nosey cats out of the cabinet you keep their food and treats in.  As much as Oliver and Harley try, they cannot get these locks off.

24706329_260Comfort Zone Pet Diffuser with Feliway

Comfort Zone Pet Diffuser with Feliway — 1.62 fl oz – $26.95, 7.10 shipping – Available at KV Supply

These diffusers have helped calm things down tremendously in our home.  A few times a year, usually over the winter, Jewel gets very sassy in general.  Most of her agression is taken out on Oliver.  We keep one of these plugged in under our kitchen table, and another in the basement right at the bottom of the stairs.  Jewel seems more relaxed, and Oliver seems more confident.

776346110_260Litter-Lifter Kitty Litter Scoop for Cats

Litter-Lifter Kitty Litter Scoop for Cats Assorted Color – $7.16, 5.14 shipping – Available at Amazon.com Marketplace

What makes this litter scoop unique is the fact that the blades are triangle shaped, so the clean litter falls right through, without you having to shake it. I am shocked at how many manufacturers still have flat blades on their scoops.  These scoops are also rather large compared to other brands.  Bigger scoops, mean less scooping!

The cat tree and glitter balls make me want to get a cat – the other things not so much 🙂 Hubby insists he is allergic to fluffy cats (the only kind I like) so there’s no chance anyway!

I don’t have cats anymore. I now have a dog and we go thru alot of toys. Most of them come from The Dollar Store so pretty affordable. It’s a lucky cat that gets a Cat Tree.

Thanks! Im checking out your review now. We have a big black light that came with whatever Urine Stain Remover we got at the pet store. Your right, it makes you want to tear out your rugs because it shows you every little thing!
