#FreeProductReceivedWe have all seen displays of all different kinds of shoe inserts grocery and big box stores.  They all claim to cushion our feet and make our feet feel better after a long day at work.  I can’t tell you how many I have tried that have not really helped.  Sure there are some that are SUPER cushion-y but after working 12 hours, on my feet all day  I was still experiencing heel pain.  By the 3rd 12 hour shift in a row it wasn’t just my heels hurting, my knees were starting to ache too.  Every once in a while even the arch of my foot would really throb.

Here is a little bit about an awesome new shoe insert I discovered:

Footminders Orthotic footbeds re-align the foot and ankle bones to their natural position, thereby restoring proper foot movement. In turn, this helps alleviate many biomechanical complaints such as heel pain, knee pain, and lower back pain. In addition, foot orthotics ensure our weight is more evenly distributed over the foot, taking pressure of sore spots – especially in the heel and ball of foot areas. Footminders’ orthotic technology enables our products to be firm enough to provide needed arch support, but pliable enough to provide cushioning, and to mold to your feet after a few days of wear, providing maximum walking comfort.

There are 3 models to choose from, based on the types of shoes to be worn with them:

  • Comfort: Designed for lace-up shoes, athletic footwear, work boots and hiking boots
  • Casual: Designed for men’s & women’s low-heeled  slip-on shoes, including moccasins
  • Catwalk: For ladies’ fashion footwear with medium to high heels such as pumps, sandals and boots

Footminders asked me which model I would like to try out, so I opted for the comfort since I wear sneakers at work.

When I first tried out the Footminders I was a little skeptical that they would actually be comfortable.  They were a lot harder than other inserts I was used to.  I immediately noticed the arch support – something I had never noticed in any other insert I have tried.  By the second day of wearing my sneakers to work, I forgot I even had the inserts in, until I realized my heels didn’t hurt when I got home.   The heel has just enough shock absorption that when I am running around, I don’t feel the impact.  I never though I needed a shoe with any sort of arch support, but I honestly does feel good having arch support in my sneakers. It is firm enough to offer support, but is soft enough that I don’t really notice it, except when I first put my sneakers on.

I have been wearing the Footminders for about two weeks now and I am very pleased. The inserts seem to have molded perfectly to my feet.  A couple of times I have experienced slight heel pain after a shift but nothing too bad.

The retail from $34.95 – $29.95 depending on the model you choose and are available for purchase from FootMinders.com

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
