Not taking naps or drinking caffeine and melatonin.
I wish I could get a good night’s sleep, nothing seems to work
I try to read to relax by reading a book.
Reading sometimes helps me out.
No Tv in Bedroom..
About the only thing that helps me get a good night’s sleep is a new muscle relaxer that my doctor prescribed. I have back problems and insomnia and this is the first medication that has helped me.
I’m still looking for a solution to getting a good night’s sleep. I’m one of the people that cannot take prescription sleep aids, so it seems that I’m always walking around like a zombie during the day.
I will try to exercise, I also read before bedtime, work online, Thank you, Jerri Davis
hot bath and reading nice book help me sleep
still have not figured out a consistent way to get a good night’s sleep….
I try to just relax and clear my mind, also in a dark room!!
I listen to waves on my ipod
Reading before bed always helps, it lets me drift into sleep easily.
Taking a really hot shower just before going to bed.
I sleep well after fifteen minutes in a hot tub.
I like to have a cup of sleepytime tea.
Listening to my cat purr at my feet
A warm cup of milk with sugar.
Taking a hot bath helps relax me when I’m restless we also take melatonin.
I use earplugs! my bed vibrates if I need to wake up.
I like zzquil!
I get the best night’s sleep when I’m cuddled between my boyfriend of 6 years and our 3 fluffy kitties!
