I have had the pleasure of  working with MyClyns before when I reviewed their Personal Spray. You can read that review here.  This time they asked me to review their Food Wash. MyClyns Food Wash is 100% Natural and rinses away clean, leaving no aftertaste or smell.  You can use the wash to get your fruits, vegetables, meats and fish cleaner by removing 98% more chemicals, wax and contaminants than water alone.  MyClyns Food Wash is certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union and the use of MyClyns Food Wash will maintain any organic and vegan distinctions.

To use the wasy you spray the entire surface of the food with the cleaner, then you rub it in for about a minute.  Next you rinse it off under running water.

We happened to have a lot of cucumbers in the house when MyClyns arrived so that is what I chose to test the cleaner on.  Truthfully buying fruits and veggies kind of grosses me out.  Everyone is always touching the different foods and who knows what else their hands have come in contact with! YUCK!  I always rinse off my fruits and veggies, but I have never actually used a food “wash” before.

The spray was really easy to use, and I liked the idea of getting off more contaiminates than just using water alone.  I figured the wash would have some sort of smell, but it didnt.  It also didn’t affect the taste of the cucumber at all.
