This post was created in partnership with Smart Ones®. All opinions are my own.

As you may or may not know already, I work three twelve hour shitfs during the week.  The days I work outside the home I am always rushing around in the morning trying to get ready, and trying to find something to eat that will keep me full until lunch. Weight Watchers has introduced new Smart Ones Smart Beginnings Oatmeals to help you stay healthy on busy mornings. With steel-cut oats and real fruit, NEW Smart Ones™ Oatmeal is a smart way to begin my day!

They sent me a coupon to try some out for myself , so I got a box of the Apples and Cinnamon Oatmeal.  Other flavors include: Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal and Peaches & Cream Oatmeal.  There are two servings in each box, and each serving comes in a microwavable container.  You microwave the cup for about a minute 15 seconds (depending on your microwaves power), stir it up, then microwave it another minute.   Of course the results look nothing like the picture on the box, but that didn’t mean it wasn’t delicious!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAIt tasted like an apple crisp desert!  Who knew something so healthy could taste so good!  These will be great for me to make while I am getting ready in the morning, or even to throw in my bag and make quick when I get to work!

Here are some nutritional facts about the Apples & Cinnamon Oatmeal:

  • 180 Cal
  • 2g Fat
  • 5g Fiber
  • 5g Protein

would love to try the apple & cinnamon oatmeal, but I don’t like any sugar in my oatmeal so I’ll say loaded potato soup 🙂

I love their desserts/ ice cream, but I’d love to try something new like the oatmeal or maybe the portabella mushroom fajitas or chicken in spicy peanut sauce

I would have to try one from each category. They all sound so delicious! I’d have to try Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal, Loaded potato Soup and Pork Carnitas Fajitas. Then I could try a little of everything new in one day!

There are way too many good ones, I think it would depend on my mood and if I was craving something specific at the time. So many different varieties, I like that they offer breakfast options as well as supper and lunch. Neat.

I would get the French Toast with Turkey Sausage; Peaches & Cream Oatmeal; and, the Ham and Cheese Scramble!
