Seneca Farms Oatmeal is a quick to prepare, portable and nutritious oatmeal that provides an excellent source of Vitamin C without trans fat or cholesterol. It takes only 45 seconds to prepare in the microwave and requires no milk or water to be added.

It’s available in Apple Cinnamon, Vanilla Peach, Cranberry Apple and Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal flavors in 6-oz. microwaveable cups and can be found nationally at a wide variety of retail grocery stores. For a detailed store list, visit http://www.seneca-farms.com/.

Tony tried the Apple Cinnamon first and LOVED IT! He said it tasted just like Apple Crisp! We both were glad to see really chunks of apples.  He only let me have a taste of the first cup and then the next day he ate the second Apple Cinnamon cup before I got a chance to take a picture.

I finally got to try the Vanilla Peach, and had it almost all to myself. Tony tried it, but he isn’t really a peach fan so he let me have the whole thing.  The bright chunks of peach really stood out to me.  It tasted really fresh, and the thick cut oats kept me full for a while.
I love that it is ready to go nutrition – no water or milk required – just heat and eat! You can take it with you to work, school, traveling – Anywhere really! What’s not to love!
