GreenTea#FreeProductReceivedFor centuries people have found comfort in tea. Wether it be sipping an ice cold tea on a hot summer day or enjoying a soothing warm tea on a chilly winter evening. Others find comfort in the health benefits of tea.

Green tea, from the Camellia sinensis plant, is rich in antioxidant polyphenols, that may help prevent a variety of conditions, including heart disease, cholesterol, body fat, tooth decay and cancer! With an extraordinary long list of beneficial health implications, it’s apparent why Green Tea is being touted as the Superfood of 2012. You can read more about the health benefits of green tea.

Naturopathic physician and expert Dr. Holly Lucille says, “I think it is such a powerful thing to use your beverage as your medicine and with green tea you can not go wrong! There has been more research on green tea in the last decade and it’s health benefits from fighting cancer and heart disease to assisting in weight loss and lowering cholesterol.”

Recently there has been a slew of products made with green tea! Some of them include: Huggies Naturally Refreshing Green Tea & Cucumber Lotion, St. Ives Naturally Clear Body Scrub Green Tea,Kiss My Face Olive & Green Tea Bar Soap, Sudden Change Green Tea Facial Mask, Sally Hansen Nail Nutrition Green Tea and Olive Leaf Nail Growth,Mega-T Green Tea Chewing Gum. They have even come out with Green Tea Leaves Cat Litter!

The Blueberry Green Tea was good, but not as good as the Apple Green Tea I had tried in a previous review for them.  It had the perfect amount of sweetness. The Green White Tea was unsweetened and I didn’t care for it too much. I also received a Large Tea’s Tea tote that is perfect for trips to Aldis and Save•A•Lot!

Tea’s Tea retail for around $1.99 per bottle  in natural and conventional grocery stores like Whole Foods Market and Safeway.  They are also available online at ITOEN.com and Amazon.

One lucky reader will get the chance to win 1 unsweetened mint green tea + 1 bottle of low calorie Blueberry green tea. It will come with a large Teas’ Tea tote like I received.
