You may be familiar with Tipsy Elves from ABC’s hit show Shark Tank. They have recently launched a new initiative called #CatsForFreedom which will be raising money for their local Humane Society.
You see, Tipsy Elves isn’t just a Christmas sweater company. With emphasis on the ‘tipsy’, they strive to embody the fun holiday spirit no matter the month. Which is why, as America searches for its next president, they have been shocked by some of the headlines being published on the internet.
In an effort to bring good vibes and fun times back to the blogosphere, they are calling on us – and the internet’s greatest ally – our cats. Only our feline friends are frisky enough to captivate the internet with such fervor. So, as a part of their #CatsForFreedom initiative, they sent me a Patriotic Top, for free to create my own Cat Cave, in an attempt to replace the unpleasant political headlines with some Tipsy Elves ‘paws-itivity’.
What is a Cat Cave you ask? It may look like a box with a shirt over it, but it’s so much more. It’s a symbol; a beacon of hope:
Oliver, Like most cats, LOVES boxes. In fact, he couldn’t even wait for me to finish making the cat cave before he jumped in!

Tipsy Elves have tons of other patriotic items, so make sure you check them out! I can tell you this shirt is SUPER soft, so I bet all their other shirts are just as soft. As I had mentioned earlier , Tipsy Elves will be donating 10% of all orders using the checkout code ‘CATS’ until 5/31 to the San Diego Humane Society, which provides cats of all ages the resources to live freely.
