Their website says you can enjoy these healthy chocolate drinks cold or hot, but I tried both flavors cold. The Original Cacao has a strong dark chocolate taste, which at first was too much for me. It did grow on me and I ended up sipping it while watching TV. It wasn’t something I could gulp down fast, but I did like the taste overall. Tony thought it tasted too much like dark chocolate which he is not a fan of, so after one sip, he was done.
The Cacao Mint reminded me of an Andes Mint. It almost seemed like liquid desert – something to sip slowly and savor. Tony liked the mint more than the original, but thought it tasted too chalky. Tony thought it would taste good blended in with some alcohol as an after dinner drink, but the alcohol would negate all the healthy benefits of this drink.
I found both flavors to taste a little dry. The best way I can explain it is that after a few sips I almost felt like I needed a drink of water.
I received one drink of each flavor to try, but one of you is going to win a 6-pack!

I’m not a fan of dark chocolate either, but the hubby likes it.
I learned that this brand is not sold in my state or any one close to me, so coupons would be useless. If I like it well enough tobuy, I’d have to do it on line.
