The Deluxe Pet Grooming Brush by CLD Brandsclaims to be the quickest, easiest and cleanest way to remove the loose, dead undercoat of your pets fur while leaving them with a shiny top coat.   This brush is meant for both short and long hair breeds of cats and dogs.

• Handle is contoured in the middle for a better grip

I found while it did brush my cats hair and make it lay smooth, it was not picking up any of the loose undercoat hairs.  My cats did seem to enjoy being brushed with this product, so I am sure it feels very gentle.  I feel like if the bristles were angled a bit more it would have done a better job picking up the loose hairs.

I have seen other reviewers on Amazon posting pictures showing how much hair it is picking up, so I think how well this brush works for you is really going to depend on your pets hair length and texture.
