Being that we just moved, a few weeks ago, I was on the lookout for products that could help clean our old apartment, as well as our new house. We have always been paranoid about our apartment smelling like cats. Sure we scoop the litter at least once a day, and clean up any other mess right away, but we were always worried that perhaps it still smelled like cats, and we were just used to it. Friends and Family have always reassured us that our apartment did NOT smell like cats, but we still worried.

A few days later, Jewel ate too fast and threw up on the rug. I sprayed the spot, let it sit for a little while, and wiped it with a paper towel and – voilà, stain and odor gone.
The day we actually moved, we locked all 3 cats in our bedroom while we loaded the U-Haul. The next day when I was grabbing smaller items from our bedroom I noticed a urine scent in the corner. I knew it wasn’t the cats fault, the cats had been locked up for over an hour in the room the day before, and were nervous because they didn’t understand where all our stuff was going. Whichever cat did it, actually used a wool blanket to cover the area so they were trying to cover the mess. We are only at the old apartment maybe an hour a day grabbing small items and doing a little cleaning because we are spending most of our time at the new place unpacking and getting settled in.
